Our Constitution & Bylaws
The ASPC constitution was created as the governing document for the Associated Students of Porterville College. In a culmination of a three year project, this updated constitution was adopted by the student body in the spring of 2006. The ASPC continued working on the by-laws after the adoption of the updated constitution in 2006. On March 28th, 2011, the revised by-laws were voted in. The links to these by-laws are below.
