The following schedule is tentative based on the time frame for processing students checks.
DO NOT depend on the financial aid check to supplement your living expenses. Your financial aid is issued based on units enrolled at time of disbursement, which means your funds could be reduced if you drop a course/s, and/or on a wait list, or if you are not maintaining academic progress as outlined in the "Satisfactory Progress Regulations". You may pick up an appeal form in the Office of Financial aid if you are required to appeal.
Grant checks will NOT be issued prior to the date of disbursement for any reason.
An updated Educational Plan must be on file in the Office of Financial Aid. See your counselor.
Non-high school graduates or non-GED students must pass the Assessment Test for eligibility of federal funds.
Grant checks will be mailed to students, based on address on file with Office of Admissions & Records
